Outdoor Yoga & Meditation
Rooted in slowness and intention, Prairie Roots Wellness offers all-levels yoga classes that create space for stillness so that we may begin to hear, see, and feel a little deeper.

Plant Walks & Guided Hikes
Prairie Roots Wellness plant walks introduce the basics of plant identification, foraging, herbalism, and the natural history of our local landscape. Beyond naming, these walks are an invitation to slow down, notice, and practice listening to the plants.
